Atlas Glass Austin LLC

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Atlas Glass Austin LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling service, requesting a quote, or authorizing work, you agree to the following:

1. Scope of Services

Atlas Glass Austin LLC provides automotive glass services including, but not limited to, windshield replacement, door glass replacement, back glass replacement, rock chip repair, and related services.

All services are performed based on the information provided by the customer. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are based on the information available at the time of estimate. Pricing may change if:

  • Additional damage is discovered
  • Incorrect vehicle details were provided
  • Additional parts or labor are required

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including financing options when available.

Failure to submit payment may result in additional fees or collection efforts.

4. Insurance Claims

If your service involves an insurance claim:

  • You are responsible for verifying coverage, deductibles, and approvals
  • Any portion not covered by insurance remains your responsibility
  • We are not responsible for delays or denials from your insurance provider

5. Mobile Service & Work Environment

For mobile services, the customer is responsible for providing a safe and suitable work area, including:

  • Adequate space for service
  • Protection from severe weather conditions
  • Compliance with local regulations

We reserve the right to reschedule if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

6. Glass & Vehicle Condition

While we take precautions during installation and repair:

  • Pre-existing damage (including rust, prior poor installations, or weakened glass) may affect results
  • Additional damage may occur due to the condition of the vehicle or glass

We are not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing conditions.

7. Calibration & Advanced Systems (ADAS)

Certain vehicles require Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration after windshield replacement.

  • Calibration will be performed when required and agreed upon
  • If calibration is declined, the customer assumes all responsibility for system functionality

8. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship.

  • Workmanship is covered under our warranty
  • This warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, or external impact
  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Issues unrelated to installation

Warranty claims must be reported promptly.

9. Glass Breakage & Clean-Up

Glass fragments can spread throughout the vehicle.

While we clean visible debris, we recommend a full detail for thorough removal. We are not responsible for residual glass fragments after service.

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in service refusal or fees.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Glass Austin LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by factors outside our control
  • Damage related to pre-existing vehicle conditions

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

12. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive non-marketing communications related to your service, including:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Status updates
  • Service-related notifications

Message and data rates may apply.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

14. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be available upon request or on our website.
